The Brief

The client had their dream design all ready to go.

 At the time they were considering owner building the project however building codes, standards and approvals were all too daunting so that’s when they contacted Next Level Extensions.

The works included a ground floor extension of a new Kitchen, Dining and Living Room with jarrah floorboards to line through with the existing. The second storey extension consisted of a Main Bedroom, Office, En-suite and Walk-in Robe.

Careful construction meant the existing patterned Lounge Room ceilings could be retained and existing materials relocated upstairs to compliment the ground floor.

This project was completed in just 21 weeks. Well ahead of schedule.
