The Brief

Was to create a large Living Area for a growing family and alter existing areas to create 2 large Bedrooms for the Children.

Cost was a major concern for the owners. Clever design meant roof changes were kept to a minimum, keeping costs down.

During the demolition stage existing windows and bricks were saved and re-used for a seamless extension.
