The Brief

Our client had a vision of the completed project. They had already purchased some items for their En-suite that they had experienced in international hotels. All they needed was a builder that could turn their vision into a reality.

We removed the planter box in the Entry to make way for a large void allowing room for a solid jarrah staircase to lead up into the second storey and for light to filter into the dark Entry. The second storey consists of a Master Bedroom, En-suite with make up bench, spa and separate toilet, Walk in Wardrobe, a Home Theatre fitted out with the latest technology and separate Powder Room for the guests to use.

The upper floor is constructed in timber framework with face brickwork externally to match the existing. Design features include a raking cathedral ceiling to the Home Theatre, acoustic insulation to internal walls, cavity sliding door systems throughout so doors disapear into walls, oversized single panel frameless glass shower doors and full length shower channel, granite bench tops and Laundry chute.

The project was completed in just over six months.

The Brief

Our client had a Loft space over their Garage that hadn’t been used since they moved into their home as accessing the loft through the Garage was too difficult.

We extended their loft out over the Living Room and formed an opening in the ceiling to accommodate a staircase. The old access was blocked off and a new solid tasmanian oak staircase was installed to compliment the various timber species in the home. Construction took just 10 weeks.

They now have a Living space that is used daily.

The Brief

Was to create a large Living Area for a growing family and alter existing areas to create 2 large Bedrooms for the Children.

Cost was a major concern for the owners. Clever design meant roof changes were kept to a minimum, keeping costs down.

During the demolition stage existing windows and bricks were saved and re-used for a seamless extension.

The Brief

The client had their dream design all ready to go.

 At the time they were considering owner building the project however building codes, standards and approvals were all too daunting so that’s when they contacted Next Level Extensions.

The works included a ground floor extension of a new Kitchen, Dining and Living Room with jarrah floorboards to line through with the existing. The second storey extension consisted of a Main Bedroom, Office, En-suite and Walk-in Robe.

Careful construction meant the existing patterned Lounge Room ceilings could be retained and existing materials relocated upstairs to compliment the ground floor.

To extend the existing second storey to create a new Living Room, Bedroom, Powder Room and Balcony and extend the existing Main Bedroom Walk in Robe. Face brickwork and roof tiles had to be carefully matched to the home for a seamless extension.
