The Brief

Our client had a Loft space over their Garage that hadn’t been used since they moved into their home as accessing the loft through the Garage was too difficult.

We extended their loft out over the Living Room and formed an opening in the ceiling to accommodate a staircase. The old access was blocked off and a new solid tasmanian oak staircase was installed to compliment the various timber species in the home. Construction took just 10 weeks.

They now have a Living space that is used daily.
